The vision begins on our knees. Join us in praying for a nation.
The vision of 50 million Filipinos lifting their hands to God is God’s to fulfil. Prayer is where it starts, and anyone, anywhere, can take part. Here are some ways to pray.
Pray for the nation
- For a mighty outpouring of the Holy Spirit across all the islands of the Philippines.
- For hearts to be opened to the Gospel in cities, provinces and every barangay.
- For a nation that humbles itself, prays and turns to God, as in 2 Chronicles 7:14.
Pray for the crusades and the street preaching
- For protection, strength and clear words for those who preach, in the open air and from the truck.
- For people to hear, repent and be changed, and for the sick to be healed.
- For new believers to be welcomed, taught and discipled.
Pray for the work and the workers
- For the missionary and the team that is being brought together.
- For wisdom, unity and endurance in the work.
- For the sanctuary, school, clinic and housing: that each would be built well and for God’s purposes.
Pray for provision
- That God would provide every resource the vision needs, in His time and by His means.
- That those who are led to give would do so joyfully, and that every gift would be used wisely.
Pray for the next generation and for leaders
- For young Filipinos to know God’s calling on their lives and to grow into leaders of character.
- For the leaders of the Philippines and of the United States.
